Arun Kumar Pal is a highly experienced Physical Training Instructor who has been serving with dedication since 2003, playing a vital role in school-level sports development and nurturing young talent. Before beginning his professional career, he was an active sportsperson from 1992 to 1998, participating in various state and national level championships, which gave him strong athletic roots. Between 1999 and 2001, he represented in the All India Inter-University Championships in Handball, Cross Country, and Athletics, showcasing his versatility and competitive spirit across multiple disciplines. In addition to his athletic background, Arun Kumar Pal has made remarkable contributions to sports administration and event management. He has successfully served as Organizing Secretary for major national events such as the CBSE National Kho-Kho Championships (2010, 2016) and the CBSE National Athletics Championships (2017, 2019). From 2008 to 2019, he actively organized numerous CBSE Cluster Level Competitions, helping provide platforms for thousands of student-athletes. His expertise further extends to offering technical and organizing support for major Athletics Federation of India (AFI) events, including the U-23 Nationals in Bilaspur (2022), Youth Nationals in Bilaspur (2024), and the West Zone Athletics Meets in Raipur (2019, 2021).
