Nitin Arya is an experienced sports management professional with over 15 years in leading sports organizations and international events. He currently serves as Senior Manager – Sports Marketing at Shiv Naresh Sports Pvt Ltd, driving sponsorships, brand collaborations, and strategic initiatives. He is also the CEO of India Para Powerlifting, overseeing governance, athlete development, and global participation. Previously, he worked with the Athletics Federation of India and Hockey India, contributing to major national competitions and the Hockey India League. His career includes involvement in the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games, and he has represented India at the Asian Athletics Championships and Asian Games.
