Rachit Gahlawat is a Sports Program and Operations Management professional with over eight years of experience in grassroots and elite sports initiatives, currently serving as Program Manager at Sportz Village Foundation, where he leads more than ten Physical Education Teachers across twenty schools; he previously worked with Hockey India, contributing to India’s Olympic Bronze Medal win in 2021 through national camp coordination and athlete administration, and with the Abhinav Bindra Foundation, managing over a hundred athletes and staff; skilled in event organization, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and program execution, he holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Amity University Jaipur and a B.Sc. in Airlines, Hospitality, and Tourism Management from ITFT College, Chandigarh.
