Adv. R. Santhanakrishnan, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India, is a prominent legal luminary with decades of contribution to the legal fraternity. He has played a key role in promoting continuing legal education and fostering community through initiatives such as organising cricket among lawyers. A former President (2017–2019) and Vice President (2015–2017) of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA), he continues to serve as its Honorary Life President. He also served as Deputy Head of the Local Organising Committee for the 17th Commonwealth Law Conference and was co-opted as Council Member at Large of the CLA in 2008. He now serves as Vice President of the Students World Cup Council (SWCC), where his leadership and experience continue to strengthen the Council’s global legal engagement.
