Hemant Singh is a dedicated swimming professional and sports administrator with a strong record of achievement in competitive swimming and sports development. A national-level swimmer, he has participated in the National Swimming Championship and represented his university in All India University Swimming Competitions. Demonstrating exceptional versatility and endurance, he also competed in the Triathlon National Championships in 1993 and 1994. Beyond his athletic accomplishments, Hemant has served as a Technical Officer in prestigious events, including the National Games held in Rajkot and the Triathlon Nationals in Kerala. Currently associated with the Office of the Senior Divisional Operations Manager (Sr. DOM), Bilaspur, he effectively combines administrative responsibilities with his passion for sports. He holds key leadership positions as Secretary of the Bilaspur Corporation Swimming Association and Joint Secretary of the Chhattisgarh Swimming Association, where he has played a pivotal role in organizing State-Level Swimming Championships and promoting grassroots swimming initiatives. A postgraduate by qualification, Hemant Singh remains deeply committed to advancing swimming and triathlon sports, contributing significantly to infrastructure development and enhancing athlete participation across Chhattisgarh.
