Sudipta Goswami is a former National Water Polo player and an accomplished sports coordinator and coach with over 12 years of experience managing sports programs for Eastern Railway. During his tenure, he successfully organized more than 20 inter-railway championships, involving over 500 participants. As captain of the Indian Railway Water Polo Team, he led the team to Gold in the 2009 National Aquatics Championship and represented the team six times between 1999 and 2009, winning five Gold and one Silver medal. He also served as coach for the Eastern Railway Water Polo Team from 2009 to 2011, training over 300 athletes. A certified NS NIS Diploma holder in Sports Coaching (Swimming) from Bengaluru, Sudipta brings strong expertise in sports event management, athlete training, and logistics coordination. Currently, he serves as the Office Superintendent in the Statistical Branch of Eastern Railway.
