Dr. Usha Tiwari is a seasoned academic and sports professional serving as the Head of the Department of Physical Education at the School of Education, Central University of South Bihar. With over 24 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and research, she holds B.P.E. and M.P.E. degrees from LNIPE, Gwalior, and earned her Ph.D. from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. Dr. Tiwari has guided 16 Ph.D. scholars, published multiple research papers and books, and actively contributes to the field through invited lectures and administrative roles. Her expertise spans exercise physiology, health education, sports psychology, and hockey, reflecting a strong commitment to advancing physical education and sports sciences in India.
