Olympian Sahana Kumari

Sahana Kumari is a renowned Indian high jump athlete and Olympian who holds the national record with a leap of 1.92 meters, achieved in 2012. She represented India at the 2012 London Olympics and has consistently showcased her talent on national and international platforms. A gold medalist at the 12th South Asian Games in 2016 with a jump of 1.78 meters, Sahana has won more than 10 national gold medals and secured seven first-place finishes in open national championships during the early years of her career. She also won a bronze medal at the Asian Indoor Championships and reached the top eight at both the Commonwealth Games and the Asian Games.
