In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements, Manoj Kumar holds key leadership positions in sports governance. He serves as the Vice President (East) of the National Students World Cup Federation Executive Committee and is also the President of the SWC State Association Executive Committee – Delhi. His contributions in these roles reflect his commitment to fostering excellence in student athletics and global sports development. One of his major initiatives is the Vitti Research Foundation, which focuses on advancing education and research, particularly in basic education. Another notable initiative is GS SCORE, an organisation dedicated to preparing aspirants for the civil services exam—a field in which Manoj has been deeply involved for over 25 years.
