Santosh Singh is a dynamic and enthusiastic sports professional with over 20 years of experience, including more than a decade in managing football academy activities and development programs. A former national-level football player, he has represented teams in prestigious tournaments such as the Santosh Trophy (2006–2007), Durand Cup (1995), and IFA Shield Cup (1995), and was honored as the Best Player in Subroto Mukherjee (1991, 1992 & 1993). He has served as Head Co-ordinator and Coach of the Bihar Football Association since 2015 and as a Technical Committee Member of the All India Football Federation. Currently working with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, he continues to contribute to Indian football through leadership, training, and event management.
