Pankaj Somwanshi is a former national football player and a dynamic sports operations professional with over five years of experience. He has extensive expertise in managing football academy activities, training programs, and events, with strong skills in planning, organizing, team coordination, and youth development. Since 2019, he has been serving as the Operational Head of Premier Sporting Football Academy, which currently operates over 10 football training centers in Bihar and Karnataka. In this role, he oversees daily operations, coordinates with coaches, and manages player development. Pankaj has successfully organized inter-academy matches, workshops, and community outreach programs. Additionally, he serves as the Head of the Technical Department in the Bihar Football Association, where he is responsible for tournaments, logistics, equipment management, and developing technical strategies.
