A dynamic leader in education and athletics, Bithungo Kikon serves as the Administrator and Proprietor of Pilgrim Higher Secondary School in Dimapur, Nagaland. He is a Federation State Technical Official (FSTO) with Indian Athletics, and actively contributes to the growth of sports in the region through multiple leadership roles. As Ex-Officio Advisor to the All Nagaland Private Schools’ Association (ANPSA) Central and Convenor of the Technical Committee for Nagaland Athletics, he plays a key role in fostering young talent and organizing state-level competitions.
Under his guidance, numerous sporting events have flourished. Through ANPSA, he has spearheaded the Inter School Athletic Meet in Dimapur District (held annually), the State-Level Sepak Takraw Tournament (2025), and district-level basketball and volleyball tournaments. His work with Nagaland Athletics includes major events like the Cross Country Race 2022 (SAFF, under AFI), Nagaland Olympics (2022, 2023), Northeast Games 2024, Olympic Day Runs (2023, 2024), and Kids Athletics 2024. Bithungo Kikon’s tireless efforts continue to elevate the standard of grassroots and competitive sports in Nagaland.
