Jagjeet Singh

Jagjeet Singh is a seasoned athletics professional specializing in Javelin Throw, with over 25 years of experience in athletics and sports management. A former Indian Railways Team Coach (2015–2018), he has played a pivotal role in shaping Indian athletics by guiding the Indian Railways Women’s Team to four consecutive championship victories and leading the Men’s Team to four consecutive runner-up finishes.

As an athlete, Jagjeet boasts an impressive record of achievements — he was the Junior National Champion (1992–1993), All India University Silver Medalist (1993), and Junior Asian Silver Medalist (1993, Malaysia). He also participated in the ITC International Permit Meet (1994), became a National Champion (1994), held the Indian Railways Record (1993), and earned a World Railways Bronze Medal (Poland, 2001).

Currently, Jagjeet Singh continues his dedication to sports as the founder of an Athletics and Cricket Academy, training over 30 athletes from across India, nurturing future champions through his vast experience and passion for excellence.
