Raju Dutta is a highly experienced football professional with over 30 years in the sport as both a player and manager. From 2008 to 2022, he successfully led the Railway Football Club and Inter Rail Team, securing several championship and runner-up titles in Inter Rail Competitions and the Calcutta Football League. During his playing career (1991–2005), he represented Indian Railways in the Santosh Trophy, played for Junior India in Bahrain, and was a member of the renowned Mahunbagan Club. A committed mentor and sports leader, he continues to contribute to football development in India. He is fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
