B. Unnathi Aiyappa is an emerging Indian track and field athlete specializing in the 100m hurdles and 200m sprints. She won a bronze medal in the 100m hurdles at the 2024 Junior Asian Athletics Championships and secured gold in the 200m at the Federation Cup, qualifying for the World U-20 Championships. She also claimed gold with a meet record at the South Asian Junior Athletics Championships. Unnathi has represented India at several international events and trains under her father, former national athlete B.P. Aiyappa. Her mother, G. Pramila Aiyappa, is a two-time Olympian. She is currently pursuing journalism and political science.
